Framed certificate presented to Corporal Walter Welsh in recognition of his contribution to the cause of freedom during the Second World War, noting that he was “Wounded in Action.” The certificate marks the Fiftieth Anniversary of V.E. Day (May 8, 1945) and was issued by Catherine Callbeck, Premier of Prince Edward Island, on May 8, 1995.
