Gold-coloured metal cap badge featuring a fouled anchor (an anchor wrapped with chain) at the centre, surrounded by a wreath of maple leaves and topped with a naval crown composed of stylized ship sterns and sails. The lower scroll bears the raised inscription ROYAL CANADIAN SEA CADETS. The reverse includes a single attachment lug.
