Fetal Stethoscope (Pinard Type)

Trumpet-shaped, hollow metal stethoscope with a wide, flared bell and a narrow listening end. The instrument is made of unpainted metal with a smooth surface and flat circular base. Used by midwives and physicians to listen to fetal heartbeats through the abdominal wall.
