The tray interior holds a Valet AutoStrop safety razor, a small red paper box of « Valet AutoStrop Blades », a wooden-handled shaving brush, a small bar of shaving soap, a leather strop section, and a squeezed collapsible metal tube of shaving cream. The inside bottom of the outer box features handwritten pencil inscriptions reading « To Paul / From … Bud. ».
