Vintage men’s shaving brush featuring a two-tone molded Bakelite/plastic handle with a red fluted base, a central black collar, and natural boar or synthetic bristle knot. The black collar is printed in silver script with the brand name « Simms ». A small piece of aged masking tape with a handwritten number is affixed near the red base.
