pack saddle pad

Antique draft horse or pack animal harness saddle unit consisting of a thick padded leather skirt foundation with exposed perimeter stitching and metal reinforcement grommets/washers. Mounted on top is a carved, red-painted wooden tree arch structure with metal mounting brackets, and the underside features two flat rectangular wooden bars attached beneath dark leather securing straps. A small green paper sticker label is adhered to one of the wooden bars on the underside.
