Die-cut green felt cloth crest printed or flock-embossed in dark red with the regimental insignia of The Royal Winnipeg Rifles. Features a central Maltese cross overlaid with a bugle horn surrounded by a circular band inscribed « ROYAL WINNIPEG RIFLES », enclosed by a laurel wreath and surmounted by a crown, with a bottom scroll reading « VOLENS ET VALENS ».
