Wooden cabinet door with a raised, shaped panel and applied moulded frame, fitted with a wrought-iron handle/latch mechanism and a portion of a hinge remaining at the lower right edge. The wood shows extensive weathering, with heavy loss of the original painted/whitewashed finish, exposed and worn wood grain, and cracking and splitting along the top edge and stiles. Said to originate from Brion Island (Île Brion), Magdalen Islands.
