Rectangular disposable 8-bulb camera photoflash array (CGE / General Electric FlipFlash II) encased in a clear plastic protective housing with ribbed/fresnel lens front panels and terminal connection tabs at both ends. Contains 8 single-use flashbulbs total (4 bulbs per side). The rear face features a black panel with bilingual English/French instructions and indicators (« FLIP AFTER GREEN IS GONE / RENVERSER LORSQUE LA MARQUE VERTE A DISPARU ») along with bulb numbering (1–4) and green indicator dots.
