Softcover tan cardstock notebook issued by the Royal Canadian Air Force, printed on the front cover with « ROYAL CANADIAN AIR FORCE / NOTE BOOK ». Printed in the upper left corner of the cover is « R.C.A.F. T-16 » with « Clark » handwritten in cursive blue ink above it. A modern printed label reading « Nancy Clark » is affixed to the upper left corner of the inner back cover. The interior consists of lined pages filled with handwritten entries in blue ink dated December 1958 detailing technical aircraft systems, fuel/oil capacities, radar scopes, hydraulic systems, and personnel names/ranks (e.g., « Fuel System », « Sgt Lowe », « Oil System », « Sgt Wilson », « Radar Scope », « F/O Rafferty »).
