It notes: « Reproduced as amended in Canada, (Jan. 1942) by the King’s Printer, Ottawa… for the exclusive use of His Majesty’s Canadian Naval Forces ». The inner front endpaper features a large black ink stamp reading « R. TURNBULL », while the facing flyleaf features pencil handwriting reading « W. TURNBULL / Cornwallis » above a ghost ink stamp.
