Aere Perennius Cap Badge

Pin is missing from the back. It’s a brass cap badge approuved in 1938 for the french speaking regiment (La Chaudiere) The badge features fleur de lis & abouve a profiled beaver, with cross vigors machines guns below. The Regiment was a machine gun unit prior to 1940. Meaning Truer than Steel. It is on display in the 1st glass show case.
