Canadian Army “CANADA” Combat Arm Shoulder Title

Rectangular black cotton shoulder badge embroidered with the word “CANADA” in gold thread. This insignia was worn on combat uniforms by members of the Canadian Army to denote national identity, typically positioned on the upper sleeve above the regimental or unit insignia. The subdued black-and-gold colour scheme was introduced for field and combat dress to reduce visibility in operational settings. Three examples in collection — one displayed in the vertical cabinet; two in storage.
