A heavy stoneware jug featuring a bulbous cylindrical body, a short narrow neck with a finished collar, and an applied loop handle connecting the shoulder to the upper neck. The vessel is finished with an Albany-slip brown glaze over the upper half and a salt-glazed grey/brown finish on the lower portion.
