Collar Badge Set

Pair of brass collar badges depicting the right- and left-facing bust of Athena (Minerva), the classical goddess of wisdom and warfare, wearing a crested helmet. Each badge is diamond-shaped with maple leaves in the background and a scroll at the base inscribed with “CWAC”. These badges were worn as part of the Canadian Women’s Army Corps (CWAC) uniform during the Second World War and the immediate postwar period.
