Rectangular metal tea tin with a hinged lid, painted in pale yellow and green. The front features a reproduction of the 1916 Eaton’s Spring and Summer catalogue cover, showing a woman in a large hat with a floral background.
The sides and lid are decorated with green Art Nouveau–style frames and floral motifs.
This tin was part of the Eaton’s “Recollection” line produced in the 1970s, which revived classic Eaton’s catalogue imagery as collectible containers. It originally held Mother Parker’s Pekoe tea, packaged exclusively for Eaton’s department stores.
