Service Beret

Olive-green wool military beret belonging to Franklin Howard McColm, member of the Royal Rifles of Canada during the Second World War. The interior is lined with black fabric featuring the manufacturer’s mark “Kangol Wear Limited” and dated 1945, with a size indication of 7 1/8. The beret includes a brown leather band and an adjustable ribbon tie at the back.
