Forest green Canadian Army dress jacket with four gilt metal buttons down the front and two smaller buttons on the chest pockets. The front features two pleated chest pockets and two lower flap pockets. The collar lapels bear two gilt metal insignia representing the Régiment de la Chaudière.
Both sleeves display red shoulder titles reading “CANADA” and “RÉGIMENT DE LA CHAUDIÈRE.” Each lower sleeve is embroidered with a purple and gold badge featuring a royal crown encircled by laurel leaves. A gilt metal and embroidered parachutist wing badge is affixed to the right breast above the pocket, and a black plastic name tag reading “BOURQUE” is attached above the left breast pocket.
The interior is lined with taupe-coloured synthetic silk.
