Service Chevron – Overseas

Olive green wool patch featuring three red chevrons with one beige chevron above. The red chevrons denote years of overseas military service, while the beige (or khaki) chevron signifies service during the first year of the Second World War. The patch is cut in a shield shape with a “V” point downward, designed to be worn on the lower right sleeve of the uniform jacket.
