Manual mechanical hair clippers made of polished, chrome-plated steel. The instrument features spring-loaded scissor-like handles with finger rests and a mechanical cutting head fitted with serrated steel blades. A paper inventory tag with handwritten numerical and name inscriptions (« 308 Brenda Chonell » or similar) is taped to the base of the cutting head, and the blade housing bears manufacturer stampings.
