Shotgun shell reloading tool (bench/cramp-mounted crimper & hand-crank loader)

Cast-iron bench/vice style reloading tool for shotgun shells. The unit clamps to a bench (screw clamp at top) and has a hand crank with a ceramic/porcelain knob that operates a rotating mechanism and crimping/press assembly. A cam/lever and anvil arrangement appear to seat and crimp the shell mouth. Brass trim/wheel present at crank shaft. Tool shows surface rust and old paint wear consistent with historic workshop use.
