Circular metal wrist-mounted electrical meter resembling a watch, with a graduated dial ranging from 0 to 10 and a visible needle mechanism beneath a domed glass cover. The faceplate is partially transparent, revealing the internal electrical components.
Attached to a dark brown leather wrist strap, the instrument was designed for hands-free monitoring of signal levels or voltage readings during field communications operations. A grey felt pouch with a wooden button closure accompanies the device.
