A portable mechanical spring scale consisting of a polished chrome-plated tubular metal body enclosing an internal spring mechanism. The device features a circular hanging ring at the top end for suspension, an extendable graduated scale rod near the bottom, and a curved metal hook at the base for suspending items to be weighed. A small yellowish masking tape label with handwritten numerical or descriptive text is adhered to the side of the cylinder.
